PRACTICES PRIMARILY IN the areas of personal and medical malpractice. He has had extensive experience in construction, employment and commercial litigation. He has also frequently appeared before various provincial regulatory boards, commissions and inquests.
Michael was educated at Carleton University (Ottawa),Columbia University (New York City), and the University of Toronto Law School. Called to the Bar in 1972, Michael practiced civil litigation with Bell Canada, and was appointed Assistant General Counsel-Litigation. His responsibilities included Bell's complete Ontario Litigation Team, including support staff, and the Ontario claims department.
Since 1997, Michael has been practicing personal injury litigation with Gluckstein & Associates, both plaintiff and defence work. Michael is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
