This workshop is geared towards helping the front line staff recognize what is important to document, how to document and provides some real case examples in order to help give you some tips around legal documentation and catastrophic determination. The morning is summarized with a mock trial event that is sure to bring the key points home. The afternoon takes a bit of a different twist to help take care of you, the front line worker.
