Incorporating her passions for yoga, meditation and reflection, Ana’s mindfulness psychological approaches to life’s difficulties prove to be a powerful force in deepening personal and professional experiences.
About Ana Bodnar
Dr. Ana Bodnar holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Toronto and is a Registered Clinical Psychologist. She has been a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher for 20 years, has attended seminars with the Dalai Lama in Toronto and Dharamsala, India, and has studied with Zen Roshi Joan Halifax as well as teachers from other wisdom traditions. She continues to learn and develop her skills.
Ana’s Approach
My philosophy of practice is holistic and client-centred. I believe that each individual already has the wisdom and knowledge needed for their own well-being and healing. My role is to act as a guide along this journey.
Mindfulness Meditation
An approach that trains our attention to stay present with our experience, to deepen it, and learn to have greater equanimity and be less reactive to our thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness often leads to an enriched quality of life.
