Thank you, thank you, and thank you. My case is now settled. As always, the generosity of you and your father continues to overwhelm me. Your style and flair is so outstanding for making people feel comfortable with trusting their legal concerns to you. I am not speaking of about, just how you were with helping me understand my case, but how comfortable I saw you make a family feel. I am referring to the family that we were meeting with this past Friday at the Niagara Falls Hospital. Charles you are so unpretentious, don't ever change.
You know, having Dianne available to consult with when I didn't understand certain aspects of what the Insurance Co. expected of me was extraordinary help, especially early on as my life felt so scrambled and hurried. She made me feel that no question was too small. When Dianne acted as the liaison between the adjustor and me, it certainly lessened my burden of stress remarkably.
In fact, Charles anytime I contacted your office I was always treated with respect and efficiency. Often the person who was taking calls did not know whether I was calling as a client or as a professional. I think that sometimes we as outsiders forgot that it is not always just one or two people that work on these cases but may others in the firm who work quietly and diligently behind the scenes. They too spend a tremendous amount of time and energy associated with pulling a case together. No matter how big or how small a case may be I see them as an integral part of why Gluckstein & Associates is so successful. I so appreciate all the time and support that they gave in pulling my case together. So Charles, please thank each one of them personally, for me. Again, many thanks.
