Dear Mr. Bernard Gluckstein,

The bigger step to closure was taken. I was quite stressful and tense but your selection of David Lindsay was an unexpected Godsend.

David was not only a true gentleman, but his dedication to the case was extreme and intense. He demonstrated a sincere manner of compassion, understanding, patience and guidance. His determination never wavered nor was he ever intimidated by the many breaks between sessions or by the defence to hurry up. He acted with total confidence and I believe the outcome verifies this.

Bernie, I can't speak highly enough about David. He has left us feeling that our selection of your firm was not only a wise decision, but a decision that could never be duplicated if any other choice might have been made.

To all of us here, you were the author and producer of the present silver lining that we now see, instead of those dreary dark clouds that shadowed us for the past five years. You have performed miracles on our behalf, Bernie, and we shall be forever grateful to you.

Please extend gracious and sincere "thank-you's" to all of your staff. And a very special "thanks" to David for just being David and extending such warmth and comfort in our time of need.
