Tiziana Romano | Personal Injury Lawyer
Tiziana graduated with an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to attending Osgoode, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. Tiziana was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005, after successfully completing her articles with Gluckstein & Associates LLP. She continued on as an associate, and complements the firm's litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice areas of specialization.
Since joining the firm, she has successfully represented her clients at trials, mediations and hearings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Canada Pension Plan Appeals Tribunal and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.

In addition to maintaining a busy Plaintiff's personal injury practice, Tiziana continues to be active within the legal community. She is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, and the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization.

Tiziana has authored a number of articles dealing with catastrophic determination, proving future cost of care expenses, overcoming the threshold in tort, wrongful death, and other issues involving Statutory Accident Benefits.
