"It would be very difficult to write about mine and my families experience with Gluckstein without literally writing a short novel.

Jan Marin along with her assistant Kellie, helped guide me through the most difficult period of my life. My understanding of the procedures were explained to me with great patience and a true sense of being aware of the pain this was causing me. I did not know what to expect as far as the length of time a case like mine would take.

My expectations were far exceeded before I knew it we had reached our settlement. I felt personally taken care of the whole way through all of this, never once did I not receive a prompt and warm response to any of my many questions. I could continue but there is not enough praise I can give to Jan Marin and Kellie.
