Advanced Bionics HiRes Ultra and Advanced Bionics HiRes Ultra 3D Cochlear Implants

Gluckstein Lawyers and Waddell Phillips LLP have launched a class action on behalf of persons in Canada (excluding Quebec) who have been implanted with Advanced Bionics Cochlear Implants.

Gluckstein Lawyers and Waddell Phillips LLP have also teamed up with Trudel Johnston & Lespérance in filing an application for authorization to institute a class action in Quebec against Advanced Bionics Corporation.
