Bio.

With over 8 years of experience as a licensed paralegal, Dana brings her lifelong passion for social justice to the Gluckstein team.

This passion is what led Dana to complete a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology and Women's Studies from Trent University. Furthering her education at Fleming College in Peterborough Ontario, she successfully obtained Diplomas in both the Law Clerk and Paralegal programs.

Since 2013, Dana has dedicated her focus on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. Dana has worked on a diverse range of files, from medical malpractice to motor vehicle accidents. She has spent the bulk of her legal career concentrated on advocating for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, including former residents of the now infamous, Mount Cashel Orphanage.

In a volunteer capacity, Dana has worked closely with the Trent University Centre for Gender and Social Justice and, more recently, with the Newfoundland and Labrador Sexual Assault Crisis and Prevention Centre. Volunteering with these organizations allowed Dana to gain valuable experience and insight. Operating through the lens of intersectionality, Dana offers genuine support and compassion to clients.

Dana spends her free time hiking and fostering rescue dogs.
