Bio.

Jessica Golosky is a dedicated personal injury lawyer with a commitment to advocating for individuals in need. She started with Gluckstein Lawyers as an articling student in 2017 and, after being called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, has continued to serve her clients with compassion and expertise.

Jessica's practice encompasses all areas of personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle claims, occupiers' liability, medical negligence, sexual assault claims, insurance litigation, and disability matters. She has successfully represented clients at all levels of court, including the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as before various administrative tribunals such as the License Appeal Tribunal, the Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Social Security Tribunal.

Jessica obtained her J.D. from the Faculty of Law at Western University, where she graduated on the Dean's Honour List and received the Law Society of Ontario Prize for academic excellence. Prior to law school, Jessica earned an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.

Beyond her legal practice, Jessica is an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA). She has contributed to various publications, presented for continuing legal education programs, and has acted for OTLA as Intervenor representing broader public interest in the context of various appeals.

Jessica's dedication to her clients and the legal community has been recognized through her inclusion in the 2024 and 2025 Editions of The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for Personal Injury Litigation.
