Bio.

Donna brings more than fifty years of experience to her role as a Senior Law Clerk and Legal Assistant. Having worked for Nicholson-Gluckstein Lawyers (formerly Beament Hebert Nicholson) since 1988, Donna is no stranger to adapting to the times while providing unparalleled, outstanding knowledge and service to her clients. With an expertise in personal injury and client communication, Donna has honed her approach and understands the oftentimes intricate nature of her client’s cases and circumstances.

Donna is a pillar of her community. She served as a volunteer with Scouts Canada for fifteen years, occupying roles as Cub Leader, Scout Leader and Venturer Advisor, and was awarded Scouts Canada Medal of Good Service and Medal of Long Service. Donna was also a Little League Coach with Canterbury Little League Association as well as a Convenor. She has assisted in organizing the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Moot Court Competition (The OTLA Cup) for Law Students.

Aside from engaging in these roles, Donna has volunteered with CHEO (assisting with the Teddy Bear Picnic for over ten years), The Ottawa Food Bank, National Capital Air Show, Capital Velofest in Ottawa, Ottawa Bluesfest, Winterlude Ottawa, Hintonburg Community 5K run and 1K run for kids, the Ronald McDonald House, the Pat Fleming Annual Golf Tournament, the Red Cross Blood Donor Clinic, the Ottawa Brain Injury Association, the Canadian Paraplegic Association of Ontario, Lawyers for Kids, Rockin on the Rideau, City of Ottawa Adopt a Park Program, and St. Aidan’s Church. Donna’s commitment to her community is highly admirable and a reflection of the wonderful individual she is.
