The 2015 Brain Injury Services Conference was held on February 25, 2015 at Carmen's Banquet Centre in Hamilton. Gluckstein Injury Lawyers were thrilled to participate in this event, having the opportunity to connect with the delegates, presenters and exhibitors working in the area of brain injury.
The conference theme surrounded the importance of educating and protecting our next generation to help prevent concussions. This included discussions surrounding ideas and strategies to heighten our responsibility and ensure teachers, parents and coaches are properly trained to spot and treat concussions. Dr. Mark Bayley presented his recommendations on new best practice for rehabilitation after traumatic brain injury.
