Mr. Rastin, principal at Rastin Gluckstein Lawyers, has been making the rounds, visiting the Simcoe County District and Simcoe Muskoka Catholic School Boards, along with the Barrie Police Service and the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, to encourage helmet use.
