Steve Rastin quoted on front page of Toronto Star - make all medical malpractice claims public

In his capacity as president of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), Steve Rastin was  quoted on the front page of the Toronto Star on July 30, 2014, addressing the view of the OTLA that all medical malpractice claims should be made public by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
