27 Aug Best Lawyers of Canada 2020
Congratulations to our three Gluckstein Lawyers who were selected for the 2020 Edition of Best Lawyers in Canada.
Please find those selected below, along with a snapshot into what they have achieved to be selected for this incredible honour:
Bernard Gluckstein’s commitment to advocating for the most vulnerable victims, both during and after their trial, continues to be at the heart of our firm. His support of the medical and disabled community spans over 20 years and today he is still a driving force, providing executive and financial support to many non-profit organizations across Ontario, as well as being the founding director of the Ontario Brain Injury Association which has made significant strides in helping those with brain injuries live with dignity.
Charles E. Gluckstein continues to drive our firm towards innovation, and hold the firm belief of helping our clients restore the balance in their lives through proper representation and maximizing their rehabilitation. A long-serving supporter of The Advocates’ Society, Advisory Board for the Neurological Rehabilitation Institute of Ontario, and Brain Injury Association of Toronto, his unwavering care and expertise have given him a well-earned reputation of quality and advocacy. Specializing in civil litigation, specifically neuro-trauma, medical malpractice and personal injury cases, Charles has also been instrumental in a precedent-setting Court of Appeal ruling, where the procedure of partial Summary Judgement was applied.
David Lackman has tirelessly worked to support his clients and has achieved successful results for the past 30 years. At our firm, his dedication and experience continue to be instrumental in the development of our malpractice division.
Your support means so much to us, and it is an honour to have representatives of our firm once again acknowledged for their dedication to clients and upholding our promise of full-circle care for all who walk through our doors. Thank you for all of us at the Gluckstein office.
