Steve Rastin believes expert witness battles dragging out personal injury trials

Personal injury lawyer Steve Rastin tells AdvocateDaily.com that the use of hired-gun experts has created trials that are too long and expensive. Mr. Rastin says that a personal injury trial in Ontario can take three to six weeks compared to three or four days in the United States, and a week in British Columbia. The longer the trial, the higher the cost for everyone.
