Michael Schumacher: Recovery Update

Early this year we reported Michael Schumacher's terrible skiing injury, please view the article by clicking here.

Schumacher, F1 racing legend was on a skiing trip in the French Alps in December 2013 when he sustained a serious head injury. Following this accident he was placed in a medically induced coma, had two brain surgeries and finally awoke in June 2014.

After awaking in June, Schumacher was transferred to a rehab treatment facility in Switzerland. It has been noted that he is "showing encouraging signs of recovery and progress." There are even reports that he has been communicating with his family and doctors by fluttering his eyelashes.

Schumacher's progress is positive and we hope that he continues to see results and eventually be able to move back into his home with his family.
