Bio.

Terri is a pillar of our personal injury firm, continuing to prove her commitment to the firm’s growth and excellence.

Upon graduating with a Combined Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Glendon College at York University in 1987, Terri assumed the role of executive assistant to founding partner, Bernard Gluckstein in 1992. Terri served an integral role in Gluckstein’s transition to a sole practice in 1995. In the twenty-seven years since Gluckstein branched out, the firm has grown exponentially with Terri’s steadfast strategizing and insight.

As the firm has continued to evolve, Terri’s role has expanded alongside it. She currently serves as the Office Manager and Finance Director alongside her initial role as Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner. Terri is a reliable and highly knowledgeable member of our community, overseeing essential functions at the firm including finances, human resources, and IT.

Aside from her role at Gluckstein Lawyers, Terri is a member of The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA).
