Every week in Ontario, 7 people become paralyzed due to a spinal cord injury. Seven ordinary people. It can happen to anyone. And when it does, CPA Ontario is there to help. On Friday February 11, 2011, the Canadian Paraplegic Association of Ontario is holding A Taste of Italy Fundraising Gala Event.
A Taste of Italy is a fundraising gala event showcasing the classic food, culture, music and dance of Italy! Join in the celebrations by sipping Prosecco while listening to the authentic sound of the accordion. Enjoy a wonderful of traditional food from various regions in Italy! Your senses will enjoy the rich performances of opera and traditional music as you allow yourself to be transported to one of Europe's most sophisticated destinations.
All proceeds from this event go towards the CPA Ontario's Programs and Services.
CPA Ontario 's Mission Statement is "To assist persons with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities to achieve independence, self-reliance and full community participation."
