Food For Thought GALA - Generating Essential Funds

Gluckstein Personal Injury Lawyers were proud to sponsor the Food For Thought Gala in Niagara. The event rose out of the need to generate essential funds to maintain and restore valuable services which the Brain Injury Association of Niagara provides for its community. 100% of the proceeds from Ticket Sales, Sponsorship and a Silent Auction go directly to BIAN, a not-for-profit organization that is run almost entirely by volunteers with only one paid staff member.

A Canadian Culinary Experience - Erik Peacock Chef Erik Peacock took us on a culinary tour of Canada, from Coast to Coast. This is a passionate chef who pays homage to the food and wine of the Niagara region, with a blend of fresh ingredients and innovative ideas. Erik is the Chef and proprietor of the well-known Wellington Court in St. Catharines and as well as also the Executive Chef of The Coach House Cafe at Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery.

A Musical Tour of the Country - Ross Inglis Ross Inglis & Ensemble returned again this year to provide a musical tour of the country in a manner that only this world class musician can. Mr. Inglis is a musical genius has been involved in multiple organizations throughout Ontario and is a skilled musical director, teacher and stage performer and conducts at various churches and temples. A long time supporter of BIAN, Ross always stages a superb and surprising musical review!

Feature Artist - Ben Sloetjes Gluckstein Personal Injury staff; Alison O'Callaghan, Dianne Radunsky and Dianne Henderson were thrilled to share their table with Ben and Anita Sloetjes. Ben's art was featured on the screen that depicted survivors and sponsors throughout the evening, as a silent auction item and Ben's cards were given as a token of appreciation to all chef's and presenters.

Special Mention - Pierre & Marylou Dalaire This pair tirelessly support BIAN with their volunteer contributions. Gluckstein would like to send their appreciation to Marylou and Pierre for the support that they have offered to the brain injury community. They deserve a long and loud round of applause.
