Gluckstein Personal Injury Lawyers is a proud Champion Sponsor of this year's "Food for Thought Gala". This year's event is on Thursday June 6, 2013, at Club Roma.

Each year the Brain Injury Association of Niagara (BIAN) runs this gala. The goal of this event each year is to raise funds that are needed to maintain and restore valuable services that the BIAN provides for their community. All of the funds raised from Ticket Sales, Sponsorship and the Silent Auction will go directly to BIAN, which is a not-for-profit organization that is run almost entirely by volunteers with only one paid staff member. Last year's gala raised just over $34,000, the goal for this year is to surpass last year!

The theme of this year's event is called; 'We'll Take You Coast To Coast in 2013,' A Canadian Culinary Experience with Renowned Canadian Chef, Erik Peacock. Chef Erik Peacock will be leading all Gala attendees on a culinary tour of Canada, which spans Coast to Coast. Peacock is a passionate chef who pays homage to the food and wine of the Niagara region, with a blend of fresh ingredients and innovative ideas.

The musical entertainment for the evening is Ross Inglis & Ensemble and is called 'A Musical Tour of the Country.' Inglis will be returning this year to provide a musical tour of the country in a manner that only this world class musician & ensemble can. Inglis is a musical genius has been involved in multiple organizations throughout Ontario and is a skilled musical director, teacher and stage performer and conducts at various churches and temples. He is also a long time supporter of BIAN, who always stages a superb and surprising musical presentation.
