Important Update on the Tomec v. Economical Court of Appeal Decision

Rastin Gluckstein Lawyers is pleased to announce that the Court of Appeal case for Tomec stands as the Leave to Appeal to Supreme Court of Canada was denied with costs today. This decision protects some of the most vulnerable members of society, and prevents insurers from unfairly denying benefits to those who need them the most.
